Cross-border shopping proxy platform KakoBuy announced a significant expansion to its curated product repository on October 26, 2026, officially surpassing 10,000 verified entries across its community spreadsheets and shopping directories.
Milestone in Product Discovery
The revised database represents one of the largest systematic auditing efforts conducted on the platform to date. Community spreadsheets—long utilized by proxy buyers to navigate international marketplaces—often suffer from broken URLs, dead seller stores, and inaccurate weight estimations. KakoBuy's latest maintenance cycle specifically targeted these quality-assurance bottlenecks.
Key Updates in the Revised Index
- Systematic Link Validation: Over 10,000 items were audited to remove discontinued merchant pages and dead listings.
- Granular Category Refinement: Products have been regrouped into specific sub-tiers, streamlining searches across apparel, footwear, accessories, and home goods.
- Updated Pricing and Weight Metrics: Revised entries feature recent domestic pricing tiers and package weight benchmarks to help shoppers calculate international shipping fees more reliably.
Addressing Consumer Transparency
The proliferation of sprawling spreadsheets across community forums has historically led to fragmented purchasing experiences. By standardizing spreadsheet documentation, KakoBuy aims to minimize buyer friction and streamline purchasing workflows from initial item selection through the warehouse consolidation phase.
Platform administrators noted that the database will continue undergoing scheduled weekly audits to ensure that pricing adjustments, seller inventory changes, and shipping guidelines remain aligned with current marketplace conditions.
